Can i work with you if I don't have insurance or don't want to use my insurance?

Yes! Choosing to pay out of pocket for your services provides us the freedom to explore your concerns without interference from your insurance company or the need for us to "diagnose" your concerns with a mental health disorder for reimbursement.  It also provides you with more control over the type of care you receive and more flexibility in the work we do together.

Another benefit of paying privately for your services is that you are empowered to choose the therapist that’s the right fit for you and your needs, not just a therapist that accepts your insurance.  This is probably the most important variable to consider as you begin your healing journey.

do you accept insurance?

I believe that YOU should be empowered to make decisions that are right for your care and not an insurance company.  It’s important to me that you receive the attention that your concerns deserve.  As a result of this, I don’t accept insurance for service reimbursement and believe that your healing should be guided by our work together and not an insurance company.
