It takes a lot of courage to take the first step.  Congratulations, you've already done it!  Researching therapists is the right decision because counseling is different from work with other health care providers.  You need to feel comfortable, safe and relaxed with your therapist in order to explore the challenges that brought you to my website.  I get it, I understand. 

My approach to counseling puts your needs and priorities at the center of the work we do together.  I've worked with a diverse client base with a variety of concerns.  My clients value my integrative and holistic approach.  I'm not afraid to ask the tough questions, push when needed, or challenge outdated behavior or patterns but I promise I'll always do it with compassion and kindness.
